What is the difference between Defatted and Full-Fat Soybean Flour?
Defatted Soybean Flour undergoes an oil extraction process, resulting in a high protein content of ≥ 50% and minimal fat (≤ 1%). Full-Fat Soybean Flour is made from whole soybeans, keeping all natural oils and nutrients intact, with a fat content of ≥ 18% and protein of ≥ 40%.
Are the soybean ingredients Non-GMO?
Yes, all of our soybean powder and flour products are manufactured exclusively from premium-grade, Non-GMO soybeans.
What are the main applications of these soybean powders?
They are widely used across multiple industries, including the baking industry (for texture and nutrition), meat processing (to improve water retention), plant-based meat and beverage alternatives, infant foods, and fitness supplements.
What packaging options do you offer for bulk and sample orders?
For sample testing, we offer 200g, 500g, and 1kg vacuum sealed bags. For bulk orders, the standard packaging is 25kg/bag using multi-layer kraft paper bags with PE liners, though we also support PP woven bags, carton boxes, and jumbo FIBC bags.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and shelf life?
Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 500KG. The shelf life of both defatted and full-fat soybean flour products is 18 months when stored properly.
What are the recommended storage conditions?
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place. For optimal preservation and to extend shelf life, keeping it stored under frozen conditions is highly recommended.
